Golden milk with turmeric
The medical and therapeutic use of turmeric is mostly based on its curcumin content, which eliminates bacteria! Golden milk is an excellent way to get turmeric.

Golden milk with turmeric
2,5 dl almond milk, organic milk, rice milk, hemp milk, etc.
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp turmeric paste (recipe below)
honey for sweetening
Mix all ingredients (except honey) in a saucepan. Put the heat on medium, do not boil and stir constantly. Add honey in the last step to sweeten.
Turmeric paste
0,6 dl turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1,25 dl good quality water
Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan, use medium heat and stir constantly until a thick paste is formed. The paste cooks quickly, so be careful not to burn it. Store the cooled paste in the refrigerator.
