Refund policy
Before returning a product, always contact our customer service info@ruohonjuuri.com first and you will get instructions for returning.
The customer has a 14-day right of return. Right of return only applies to new, unopened, unused, and salable products in the original packaging.
The possible return costs of the product are at the customer's expense. A postage fee will be charged for the return. Store returns are free of charge.
We do not accept returns or changes of food products or nutritional supplements.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the customer has picked up the order. Once a product return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded directly to your account within 14 days after we have received and processed the return. If the payment method is a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card bill. If Klarna is used, we will credit the Klarna invoice or account. The customer will be reimbursed for the price they actually paid for the product, even if the price has changed since then.
If the condition of the returned product is not ’as new’, we will not refund the price. The possible return shipment of the product is at the customer's expense. If such a product is returned to the customer, this will be done at the customer's expense.
Complaints regarding defective, lost, or incorrect products
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, to Ruohonjuuri Customer Service.
If the product is lost during transport or damaged, or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately notify our customer service of the error. After receiving the error notification, we will negotiate a suitable solution with the customer.’
Orders not picked up
If the customer does not pick up their order, the postage will not be refunded. If you are not able to up the order, please contact our customer service info@ruohonjuuri.com. If you do not pick up your order (also applies to store pickups that have not been picked up), please note that we charge 20 euros for shipping and handling the return. We will deduct this from the refund payable.
Canceling an order
If the order is already being collected at our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, in which case we apply our return conditions.
Product returns from business customers
