In such a situation, it can be difficult to soothe the body through normal means, especially when the very sleep that is good for you tends to be the first to disappear as stress becomes more prolonged. The active ingredients in the Anti-Stress Spray are passion flower extract, lemon balm extract and zinc, all of which have beneficial properties for calming.

Passionflower is the nature's own sedative, while lemon balm extract supports mental health and cognitive function (such as memory), which is further enhanced by zinc that promotes normal cognitive function too.

The spray extract is well absorbed, works quickly and is easy to carry around.

The 100% natural spray is gluten-free, alcohol-free, sugar-free and vegan.

Sufficiency: approx. 7-22 days (5-15 sprays/day)

Recommended daily dose: Adults: 5 sprays by mouth 1-3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose indicated.
