Amazonas, Black Cumin Oil, (Nigella Sativa), 100 ml. Black Cumin Oil, which has become famous for its health effects, supports for example blood glucose regulation. No pesticides are used in the production of black cumin oil.
The oil is produced by a cautious cold pressing method (below 45 ° C) that retains all-important nutrients. It contains many polyunsaturated fatty acids and a lot of vitamin E in its natural form.
Egyptian black cumin has a mild taste and is considered the most valuable variety of black gum.
Recommended use of black gum oil for adults: about two teaspoons (10 ml) of oil per day as such, mixed with drinks or salad dressing.
