Ecodenta Triple effect toothpaste is a triple-effect toothpaste tested by dentists and approved by the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Does not contain fluoride. Abrasiveness is measured by the RDA value (Relative Dentin Abrasivity or Radiotrace Dentin Abrasivity), which has an international limit value of 250 RDA. Many dentists think this is too much and the RDA value should be less than 100. Unfortunately, the RDA value is not indicated on all toothpaste, so checking it can be difficult.
