The cork yoga mat is soft, but still firm enough to hold your feet. It has a really good grip, allowing you to do different poses safely and without worry. Cork is naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning. The cork is soundproof, moisture repellent, has a pleasant natural feel and is comfortably soft but firm. Cork is a renewable natural material that does not require cutting down trees to harvest.

Natural rubber gives the mat weight, increases traction on the floor and provides a pleasant softness. Natural rubber is a flexible, stretchy and resilient material and a great shock absorber. Natural rubber is a latex liquid derived from rubber wood.
