The fresh, clean, refreshing scent of lemon helps to improve work efficiency, according to Japanese studies. Lemon is good for digestion as well as blood circulation. Like other citrus scents, lemon causes photosensitivity on the skin and therefore its use should be avoided in sunlight.

Instructions for use - How to use essential oils:

Scented lantern and air freshener: Use essential oils to create a good atmosphere and freshen the room air, eg in a humidifier or diffuser.

Add a few drops of essential oil to a scented lantern filled with water. You can also add a few drops of a spray bottle to the water and spray a good scent into the room. You can also spray essential oil on, for example, sheets and carpets.

Shower or bath: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of cream or solution-neutral neutral shower soap, depending on your preference. Use the solution in the shower, bath or foot bath and pamper yourself as well as your loved ones. Bath time 15 - 20 minutes.

Body oil: Depending on your preference, add a few (1-2) drops of essential oil to one tablespoon (approx. 5ml) of neutral skincare oils (eg aroma-basic massage oil, Frantsila herbal massage oil, sunflower seed oil, and grape seed.

Sauna: Add 1 - 3 drops to a bucket of water.

Facial beauty steaming and steam breathing: Add 2 - 3 drops of essential oil to 1 - 2 liters of hot water and keep your face under a towel for 2 - 3 minutes. Watch your eyes.

Towel baths: For cold or warm towel baths placed on the skin, use 1-2 drops of essential oil dripped into a moistened towel. You can also make an oil bath, for example, on the face (1-2 drops per 5ml of base oil) by placing damp towels on top.

Oil perfume: Like perfume - use very little - on your wrist and behind the ear. In this case, make a dilution in eg jojoba oil (10-20 drops of essential oil per 10 ml). The essential oil can also be used as such for a few drops of clothing, not silk. Colored essential oils such as patchouli and mandarin can leave color stains.

Please make sure that the product does not end up in the hands of the youngest members of the family, as essential oils should not be used by children.
