This bake needs no grains and sugar!
Ketox, Sweet Bun Mix, 190 g. Fill the pie crust with your favourite berries or make doughnuts for the kids. This sweet pie crust mix can be made in many different ways!
You need: 4 eggs, 1 dl whipping cream and 50 g butter.
Instructions:
- Lightly beat the eggs (room temperature)
- Mix in the cream and melted butter
- Add the baking mixture and mix quickly.
- Place the dough in a bowl and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes
- With moistened hands, spread the dough into a greased/oiled baking dish
- Pre-bake the base for about 5 minutes
- Place the filling of your choice
Baking instructions: bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C (fan oven 150 °C) for approx. 30 minutes
