Super Uni Magnesium for better sleep!
Bioteekki Super Uni Magnesium is a versatile and effective food supplement with magnesium and herbal extracts. The magnesium is included as an amino acid chelate, which is readily absorbed by the body as such. The absorption is therefore rapid and effective. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions. In addition to magnesium, Super Uni Magnesium also contains lemon balm and chamomile, both of which contribute to relaxation and calming down, for instance around bedtime. The product also contains L-tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid that is converted to serotonin in the body, and the amino acid L-theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis), which promotes a peaceful mind. This product is recommended to be taken in the evenings, before bedtime, to support for a better sleep.
The product is free from lactose, milk and gelatin, and it does not contain any ingredients from seeds containing gluten or any ingredients of animal origin either.
Magnesium bisglycinate, lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), magnesium malate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, beta-cyclodextrin, calcium carbonate), L- theanine from green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), chamomile extract (Chamomilla recutita), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, silicon dioxide), L-tryptophan, coating (hypromellose, glycerine), emulsifier (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
A daily dose of 1–2 capsules contains: Magnesium 80–160 mg (21–43%)*, vitamin B6 1.4–2.8 mg (100–200%)*, lemon balm extract 200–400 mg, chamomile extract 70–140 mg , L-tryptophan 50–100 mg, green tea extract 100–200 mg, of which L-theanine 40–80 mg. *% of daily reference value
