The oil contains omega-3 and omega-6, as well as vitamin E and carotenes (green color). It also contains rare gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Hemp oil is obtained from seeds by mechanical cold pressing.
The oil does not tolerate frying, but it can be added to hot food at the end of cooking.
