" Frantsila Morning Oil Roll-on is used in the morning in pulse and acupuncture areas while breathing deeply.
Use: Apply to the wrists' inner surfaces, the temple area on the head, on the nose surface, and the ear surfaces. Take a deep breath. Also, apply on the middle of the chest, i.e., at the heart's acupuncture point, at the center of all emotions.
