Puhdistamo's Strong D vitamin is a 50 μg vitamin D3 preparation. The cod liver oil packed in a soft capsule naturally contains vitamin A and vitamin D, in addition to which it has been supplemented with vitamin D3 obtained from sheep's wool fat.
