Vegan vitamin D spray!
Vitashine D3 vegan vitamin spray is immediately absorbed by the mucous membranes of the mouth.We recommend taking Vitashine immediately after a meal. Spray directly into the mouth or food. One spray contains 5 µg (200 IU) of vitamin D3.

The Finnish general recommendations for the daily dose of vitamin D:
Children under 2 years: 10 µg all year round
2 – 18 years old: 7.5 µg all year round
18 – 60 years old: 7.5 µg from the beginning of October to the end of March
Over 60 years: 20 µg all year round
