Carnosin Forte 400 mg tablets release slow carnosine only in the small intestine, where it is absorbed.
In addition to carnosine, the product contains vitamin E and zinc. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Zinc promotes normal protein synthesis.
Dosage for Adults: The recommended daily dose is 1-2 tablets.
